Within 24-hours of our visit, we'’ll provide a detailed report of our recommendations and evaluations that’s complete with tips and strategies to get you the best return on investment. *$250 + HST / waived when hired
2. Let the transformation begin. If you’re looking to make the most of your real estate investment, it’s important for the property to show at its very best. Often, to do so, could mean the property requires some de-cluttering and de-personalization; minor fixes and repairs and our personal favourite, a fresh coat of paint.
