Want to work with us on a Design project? We’re taking on a limited number of design clients per season! See below for a sneak peek into our process and fill out a contact form to get in touch about your project!

Design Discovery: 

This is done either via Zoom, a phone call or over email to ensure we're all on the same page regarding your design budget (how much we can spend on your furniture, art and decor), your design needs and to establish a timeline. If our processes and visions align, you're ready to sign our contract to get the designing ball rolling. 

Design Consultation:  

During a site visit we'll take photos, videos and measurements to determine a preliminary furniture/space plan. We'll take all of this information back with us to begin the design process. 

Design Process:

$250+HST/hour (Sourcing, Virtual Storyboard + 2 Revisions and Ordering)

Now that we have measurements and a better understanding of your desired layout/space plan, we'll hit the drawing board to provide a virtual storyboard complete with links to purchase all of the furniture, art, rugs, lighting and decor. Once we've presented your design plan and you're completely satisfied, we'll proceed to order all of the items in your plan. Note: You are responsible for coordinating deliveries. 

Timeline: 

Projects can vary by scope and size, but please allow for at least 4-6 weeks between design plan completion and ordering. Delivery times may vary and could take longer. 

Styling: 

Do you want the SPACES Collective team to come and style once all the pieces have been delivered? That's a cost of $250+HST/hour and does not include items such as furniture assembly, floating shelf assembly, light fixture installation, curtain rod installation, blinds/window coverings.
