And our staging process is simple: we take care of it all from our furniture delivery to styling and hanging artwork, all the way to taking it all down once the property has sold. how can i prepare for staging?

Most prospective buyers will snoop in closets and peek in cupboards, so our advice to sellers is always de-clutter, de-clutter, de-clutter. Pare down closets by at least 35% and ensure your space has been thoroughly cleaned. A fresh coat of paint also goes a long way when selling your house. Strip mattresses of all bedding and lastly avoid any construction trades or cleaners onsite while staging is taking place.

how early should i book you?

We get it: real estate is fluid - sometimes you have a lot of time and sometimes it has to be a quick-sale. We require a minimum of five-days notice for all staging projects to ensure timely delivery. To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required.

do you rent or own your furniture?

We own all of the furniture used, but depending on the size and scale of a project, we may supplement our inventory with rented pieces. Our furniture, art and decor is carefully curated and updated frequently.
