Our consultations are offered in multiple tiers, starting at $250 + HST for a site visit and walkthrough. For a more comprehensive assessment, we offer an in-depth consultation starting at $350 + HST, which includes a detailed report with our professional recommendations, evaluations, and strategic tips to help you maximize your return on investment.
2. Let the transformation begin. If you’re looking to make the most of your real estate investment, it’s important for the property to show at its very best. Often, to do so, could mean the property requires some de-cluttering and de-personalization; minor fixes and repairs and our personal favourite, a fresh coat of paint.
